Front Door: Access to Child & Youth Services
A one-stop first contact for families and young people who are looking for assistance and services. Front Door is a joint initiative between Carizon and Lutherwood, and acts as a central resource for families with babies, children and youth up to 18 years of age.
Provides walk-in counselling, community-based, home-based, and school-based services, and residential programs for children aged 0-18.
Tuesday: 12pm – 6:30pm at Lutherwood, 35 Dickson St, Cambridge
Wednesday: 12pm – 6:30pm at Front Door, 1770 King Street E., Kitchener
Thursday: 9am – 3:30pm at Langs, 1145 Concession Rd., Cambridge
Saturday*: 9am-3:30pm at Front Door, 1770 King Street E., Kitchener
*Saturday walk-in is not open on weekends around major holidays (Family Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).
Please Note: the main entrance at 1770 King St E. is not accessible for wheelchairs or mobility scooters, and the main entrance at 35 Dickson St. is not accessible past 7 pm. Should you have these or any other needs which require accommodation, please call us prior to your visit so that we can make appropriate arrangements to welcome you.

Tuesday: Wellesley Township Community Health Centre, 1180 Queens Bush Rd, Wellesley
Thursday: Interfaith Community Counselling Centre, 23B Church St., New Hamburg
Thursday: Woolwich Counselling Centre, 65 Memorial Ave, Elmira

K-W Counselling Services
Provides counselling for individuals, families, couples, walk-in counselling, credit counselling, and a variety of group counselling.
Provides counselling, credit counselling, educational programs, family violence project, and community services.
St Mary’s Counselling Service
Provides counselling, assessment, and treatment for individuals and families who are concerned about alcohol, drugs, or gambling.
